Tryon Direct patients can call Terri to schedule appointments (all types), ask clinical questions, Triage medical symptoms, request refills on medications and have messages sent to MD.
Jodie is here to help Tryon Direct patients with:
- Healthcare navigation assistance for any specialist visits or procedures
- Provide options for the lowest cost & highest quality healthcare facilities
- Referral management
- Specialty and procedure insurance pre-certifications
- Liaison between patient and insurance carrier
- Assistance with insurance deductible, copay, and coinsurance questions
- Provides personalized communication, including portal, email, and phone
Client Manager and Implementation Specialist
Kendall works directly with clients to oversee overall project execution and implementation of Tryon Direct. After implementation, she remains the primary point of contact for the employer, manages day to day issues, and works closely with a involved parties to ensure that client expectation are met and exceeded.
